Urethane Plastic Resins are two-component, low viscosity, castable liquids that polymerize to a hard plastic part in 15-30 minutes. These quality-casting resins are used in art reproductions, model kits, stage props, prototype pieces, tools, and for duplicating masters. Several different systems that vary from cost, color, strength, and odor are available. Sizes: 1gallon kits (16#), 5gallon kits (80#), and 55gallon (900#) drum kits.

**This system has 1-4 hour cure time depending on part thickness
• Uncured Urethane Plastics are sensitive to moisture that can cause bubbles and foaming in casted parts. UV light can discolor cured urethane plastic parts.
• Fillers and Colorants are available for customizing finish piece.
• Urethane Plastics should be painted with an oil-base primer and cleaned with a solvent or hot soapy water solution before a final finish is applied.
• Optically Clear Casting Resins with UV stability are available---RU-500 Series
