Trowel-On 60  Two-Component, Thixotropic Urethane Plastic System that chemically self thickens when blended together for vertical hand lay-ups. Great substitute for creating non-fiberglass mother-mold shells, light-weight hollow shelled parts, or used as a good fillet material.  It's 1 to 1 mix ratio and de-mold time of 30-40 minutes allows for easy handling and processing. Parts are extremely hard and durable, even in thin cross sections----3/8” thickness.

Processing Instructions
Blend components "A" and "B" at the specified ratio for about 20-30 seconds. Pour into cavity or on to surface and immediately spread around in the mold with a spatula. Do not disturb the part until ready to be de-molded. Build thickness to 3/8 inch thick for tougher part. Painting or coating operations can be performed when material is fully cured 24-72 hours at 75F. Wash the surface to be painted with grease dissolving soap, TSP, or Methylene Chloride before painting. Best to prime surface with oil base lacquer and follow up with acrylic finish coat. Off ratio can cause oily surfaces that will limit paint adhesion. Please pre-test all coatings. **If mold is non-silicone, use appropriate release.

Storage/Shelf Life:
Trowel–On 60 components must be stored in their original, unopened containers at temperatures between 75F and 85F. Shelf life of materials when kept in unopened sealed containers, at the recommended storage conditions, is six months. Containers should not be opened until ready for immediate use. To avoid air entrapment, undue agitation of containers should be avoided.
