Flexible Polyurea Spray System (RU-360-90)
RU-360-90 A/B Two-Component, Polyurea Elastomer Spray System that exhibits excellent physical properties and is not sensitive to high humidity and moisture. This system provides durability under harsh conditions with excellent water and chemical resistance.
Applications:
Variety of spray products, coatings and mold-making applications that require flexibility, firm support and wear resistance.

Mixing and Handling Instructions:
Mix by recommended weight of A and B. Equipment pre-heat temperature should be 120F. Material should be stored at 70F. If room temperature falls below 60F material will solidify and will need to be heated to 104F to 160F to liquefy. A quick, high-shear mixing head is required to integrate A & B. De-molding urethane RU-360-70 will change with size of cast piece and temperatures of materials and tools.
