Mixing Instructions:
R-1123 A is processed by adding curing agent R-1121 B. The addition of 10% catalyst (by weight) has a pot life of 1 -1 1/2 hours and is ready for de-molding after 15 to 24 hours. R-1121 B has a trace of pigment for good dispersion. After the mold has been removed from the master, it should be left for 24 hours in order to develop its maximum mechanical strength.

For quick cures, adding additional catalyst R-1121 B (12%) or FC-200 (1-2% ) cure accelerator can be used for a 4-6 hour de-mold time. Because of rapid cure of rubber, pot life is significantly decreased as well as mold and storage shelf life. Please pre-test for workability.

Use Thix 5170 and PE-ESS-5F (Mini Fibers) to create brush-on, low sag rubber bladder.
