Mixing Instructions
R-1318 A is processed by adding curing agent R-1318 B. The addition of 10% catalyst (by weight) has a pot life of 40 minutes and is ready for de-molding after 15 to 24 hours. R-1318 B has a trace of pigment for good dispersion. After the mold has been removed from the master, it should be left for 24 hours in order to develop its maximum mechanical strength. The addition of rapid set will shorten storage life of R-1318 mold. Use Thix 5170 and PE-ESS-5F (Mini Fibers) to create brush-on, low sag, rubber bladders. To quick cure R-1318 A/B add rapid set additive at 4 to 16 drops /pound.
