Mixing Instructions:
R-1318-10 A is processed by adding curing agent R-1318-10 B. The addition of 10% catalyst (by weight) has a pot life of 60 minutes and is ready for de-molding after 15 to 24 hours. R-1318-10 B has a trace of pigment for good dispersion.
After the mold has been removed from the master, it should be left for 24 hours in order to develop its maximum mechanical strength. Use PE-ESS-5F (Mini Fibers) or R-1300 TH B catalyst to create brush-on, low sag rubber bladders. To quick cure R-1318-10 add Rapid Set at 4 to 16 drops per pound of RTV to the mixture prior to blending all components together. The addition of Rapid Set accelerator will shorten storage shelf life rubber.
