Mixing Instructions:
R-1154 A is processed by adding curing agent B. Mechanical properties are dependent on the catalyst level. The addition of 10% catalyst (by weight) has a pot life of 1 hour and is ready for de-molding after 15 to 24 hours. R-1154 B has a trace of pigment for good dispersion.
After the mold has been removed from the master, it should be left for 24 hours in order to develop its maximum mechanical strength. For High Temperature applications, post cure rubber at 200F for 2-hours to bake off any excess catalyst.
