Mixing Instructions
R-1123 A / RN-1124 B is processed by adding the curing agent B. The addition of 5% catalyst (by weight) has a pot life of 45 minute and ready for de-molding after 15 to 24 hours. RN1124 B has a trace of pigment for good dispersion.

After the mold has been removed from the master, it should be left for 24 hours in order to develop its maximum mechanical strength.

Use Thix 5170 and PE-ESS-5F (Mini Fibers) to create a brush-on, low sag rubber bladder
