Cement and Plaster Release (R-100-50)
R-100-50 Release is a non-silicone, water based compound used for un-molding cement and plaster castings and where lubrication of surface is needed.
Applications
* Rubber and plastic molds for cement and plaster parts.

METHOD OF USE
R-100-50 release can be applied, as is, by brush, wipe, or spray. It is absolutely necessary to use molds that are clean and completely free of grease. The treatment cycles will vary according to the operation of conditions, de-molded materials and the shape of the molds. In general, one application is sufficient for several de-moldings. If desired, R-100-50 can be extended with water: 1 part Release to 5-7 parts water—adjust ratio to satisfactory results. IPA alcohol may be added to R-100-50 for quicker dry time: 100% Release to 30% IPA.
FINISHING TOUCHES FOR CAST PIECES
If the molded parts are to be glued, painted, or printed, it is necessary to remove any release residue by flushing the surface with warm water and lightly agitating surface.
