Tear Resistance: 110
Method of Use:
R-1328 A is processed by adding curing agent R-1328 B. The addition of 10% catalyst (by weight) has a pot life of 40 minutes and is ready for de-molding after 15 to 24 hours. R-1328 B has a trace of pigment for good dispersion. F-100 can be added at 5- 10% rate for improved flow and air release. After the mold has been removed from the master, it should be left for 24 hours in order to develop its maximum mechanical strength. Use Thix 5170 and PE-ESS-5F (Mini Fibers) to create a brush-on, low sag rubber bladder or use all in one Brush-On R-1300th B.
Available Catalyst:
Use R-1324-B catalyst for 6-8 hour de-mold and better thin section cure.
Use R-1300th-B for brush-on application
