PVA Release (Partall Film #10)
Partall Film #10 (PVA) is a film‑forming release coating developed to provide efficient release for Polyester and Epoxy resins from various mold surfaces. PARTALL #10 forms a tough, flexible film free of fish eyes and other surface imperfections while imparting a bright, glossy finish to molded surfaces and gel coats.
Application
Partall #10 is supplied ready to use. It is recommended that a spray gun at 80-90 PSI be used to apply release, but brushing will work in less critical applications. Apply several coats, allowing each coat to dry completely—30 to 45minutes—before applying next coat. Partall #10 is flammable and should not be stored or used near an open flame or other sources of ignition. As with all solvent-based coatings, Partall #10 should be used only in a well ventilated area.
