  • Silpak Truck (within Los Angeles area for shipments 400/lbs or more) check with customer service.

Ordering Options:

  • Phone orders between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday
  • Faxed orders 24 hours 7 days a week
  • Walk in between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
  • Orders over the internet are subject to confirmation callbacks to ensure the accuracy of the order.

Return Policies:

Damage Policies:

  • Check packages and notify shipping company immediately.
  • File a claim for the damaged material.
  • Notify Silpak of damages.  Replacement materials are reshipped on net terms pending a claims report.
